Bette S. Martin

Bette Martin, of Hot Springs Village, died peacefully surrounded by her family on March 18, 2017 at the age of 90. She was born in Graceville, Florida.

Bette was awarded a full scholarship to Florida State University where she majored in Speech and English. She also taught English in Tallahassee.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Stephen I. Martin and her two beloved sons: David M Allen and Craig Allen.

She is survived by Daughters Donna Allen of Tallahassee, Florida, Janet Howard of Hot Springs, Arkansas Linda Rinaldo of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas and Pensacola, Florida; Stepsons: Ethan Martin of Washington DC and Andrew Martin of Springfield, Massachusetts as well as many devoted Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

Bette was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed by many friends and family members.

Services will be held at CedarVale Funeral Home on Friday, March 24, 2017 beginning with visitation at 3:00 P.M., Rev. R.T. Jarrell Pastor Emeritus presiding.
